Villa is located at a distance 50m from the sea, with the view of the endless sunset and the combitation of the sea and the mountains in the village of Stavros.

The space
It’s a 160m2 maisonette, situated in a safe and fenced off area of 800m2 that includes another small house of 33m2 for the gardener and the guard of the house. It is ready to host 2 to 8 people and is fully equipped with electrical and electronic devices, furniture and kitchen cutlery.

The upper panoramic floor consists of three double rooms with spacious wardrobes, tv, a large bathroom and balconies, that face both the East and the West with views of the sunrise and the sunset.
