The family friendly space is centrally located in a residential area with ideal access to public transportation. Great infrstructure, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants are around the corner. Tram (2min) and Tube (5min) at few minutes walk. Close cheap parking possibility.

You can walk to the 1st district, the heart of Vienna (15min) or take the tram D (2min walk).
The neighbourhood is quiet at night and safe. You have a great infrastructure, all kind of shops are in walking distance, also typical austrian restaurants. The central square of the quater "Serviten Viertel" is very charming with cafes and restaurants around.
In 3 minutes walk you are at a little train station Franz Joseph Bahnhof, where a big BILLA supermarket is open also during holiday (Bank holidays too) and on Sundays, also every day from 7am to 9pm, extended open hours.
In 5 min walk you have a nice park ("Lichtensteinpark" - in case of need with a big playground) and the big park "Augarten" (17min walk), as well as the nice riverside of the Danube Channel "Donaukanal" (5min walk) with bars and restaurants along.
