Aerie is a beautiful 85 m2 house, uniquely restored, located in the heart of Oia. It is consisted of two different spaces, layed out in 2 floors: the main house, with a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a convenient dressing room and a small cave loft, as well as a separate room on top of it, which is accessed through it's own entrance. They both share the same cosy, private yard and a balcony with an astonishing view of the Caldera. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

The space
The whole settlement stands there, since the mid 19th century. Although it is a cave house, it is considerably spacious. The high ceilings and the old wooden floor, make it differ from the common cave houses.
The main house is consisted of a living room with to couches, made by organic bed matresses, a fully equipped kitchen, a bed room with a king-size bed, a bathroom and a dressing room. Our guests, can easily access, by foot, all sorts of restaurants and shops, as well as wonder around the pittoresque paths through the houses of the settlement that are hanging from the cliffs of the Caldera. It is also approximately 4 minutes far from the famous Venetian Castle in the Northern part of the village, where people from all over the world, come to see the sunset. The location of the house, combines the experience of living inside the traditional settlement onto the cliff of the Caldera without having to climb lots of steps. Travel Details from the host -> Hi I'm Isavella! After finishing my studies in history and theory of art, at the school of fine arts in Athens, I decided that I wanted to continue stydying in a field that uses the art medium in order to aid people who need it. So, my interest is not on the aesthetic part of art, but in the therapeutic one. So, at the moment I'm studying art psychotherapy, which is sometimes hard but trully fulfill's me! Apart from that, I love to travel allover the world, seeing new places and meeting and getting to know people from other cultures. This is the best way to get to know to a culture I guess...through people! For the past 20 years, I used to spend my summer and easter vacation in this house, and most of my happy memories are created there, in Oia, and especially in Aerie House. So, as you can imagine, I am really attached to this (Website hidden by Airbnb) dream is to finish my studies and find a way to practice them in Santorini. Since my studies don't allow me at the moment, to spend most of my time gazing over the sea of the Caldera from my balcony, I decided that it would be nice, if somebody else could do that instead of me!
