We are located in the Nea Chora beach neighbourhood. Nea Chora is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Chania and today is a combination of vacation rental properties and residencies. The neighbourhood has many traditional island homes as well as newer properties. The Nea Chora beach is the closest beach to the city centre where guests can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and spend the day. The Nea Chora board walk was renovated in 2019 and includes several seaside restaurants offering excellent seafood and traditional and modern Greek food. A beautiful seaside walk will take you to the historic Chania Old Harbour with its shops and restaurants.

I am Greek-Canadian and the property has been in my family for generations and enjoyed as a vacation home. My husband is originally from Chania and shares a love for the home and as many locals do for the city of Chania and its many sites. We have two beautiful children and enjoy staying active. My husband and I are fluent in English and Greek and I also speak French.
