A lovely, brigth and very peaceful studio in the center of vibrant Saint Germain; this studio is typical of Parisian s studio with the beams allowing to create the atmosphere of a small 2 rooms separating the bedroom from the living room.
The cleaning is not included and 50€ will be asked at arrival.
We are asking our guests at departure, to empty the bin, remove all their belongings, empty the fridge and drawers. A penalty of 30€ may be requested if not done.

The flat benefits from an exceptionnal location a few minutes away from the Seine, the Louvre and its Pyramid and famous historical sites as the Palais Royal, the Tuileries' gardens , the Orsay Museum, the Luxembourg's Garden.
You ll be 5 minutes walk from the iconic Cafe Flore and its counterpart Cafe les 2 Magots to sip a coffee looking at parisian doing their shopping in the designer's district.
You are also 10 minutes walk from the most parisian department Store, Le Bon Marche and its exquisite delicatessen section.

Then just enjoy Saint Germain des Pres, walking around its numerous art Galleries, antique shops, restaurants, and lovey shops.

The Neigboorhood is extremely safe at night being located next to Ambassies, and French administrations.
