At this peaceful and centrally-located place, you will have your own bedroom and shower, while sharing the kitchen, living/dining room and WC/laundry room with me.

It’s a quiet place with beautiful views from your bedroom and the living room. This place has a quaint old french ambiance while also being filled with warm colors, soft pillows and blankets, different reading nooks, and if you want to play cards, color or work on a puzzle here, you can do that too!

The space
Unfortunately this space is not wheelchair accessible. There is a two-floor walk up, no elevator.

You will have your own room with a queen bed, large mirrored closet, a desk and chair (with printer and other office supplies) to work at if needed and reading lights. Place Amedée Larrieu is a beautiful little square located 4min walk away. It is an Art Nouveau-style sculpture/fountain with trees along it. Great place for a little game of pétanque. There is a bike rental shop, a pizza place, Laotien food spot and a French restaurant.

If you are looking for necessities, at a 9min walk you’ll find a couple bakeries, banks, small grocer, fish shop, meat shop, cheese shop, hair salon and barber, Turkish kebab, wine shop, flower shop and a café on Rue Edmond Costedoat.
There is a Carrefour City 5min walk away, a pharmacy at the end of the street and if you’re looking for a local/organic shop, Épicerie Brutes is a 4min walk away.

It is a quiet street, there are cars but no through traffic with buses and such passing by.

Travel Details from the host -> I'm originally from the States, but have French nationality as well. I got my BA in Canada and my Gender Studies Masters in the Netherlands. I have travelled around most of Europe, the U.S. and Central America and cannot wait for more adventures.
