Ecovillage Laerma in Rhodes Island:
The small traditional village is located at the centre of the island, about 58 km southwest of the town. It is built on the slopes of a hill and with numerous well preserved old houses many of which have accentuated their beauty. Visitors can reach easily the neighboring tourist resorts of Lindos while there are numerous taverns and restaurants serving delicious food.

At a short distance about 4 km southwest is a Byzantine Monastery (Thari)built amidst impressive greenery surrounding with great hagiographies that date back to 17th century. The village is accessible through a wonderful route of Lardos and Lindos.

This place is not known for its tourist development or activity but for the serenity and the peacefulness it offers to the visitors
