The space
This bright maisonette apartement was just recently finished in December 2015, so it is newly and very modern furnished.
You will find 63m² divided into 2 floors.

The ground floor consists of an antechamber with coat rack, a toilet, a living/kitchen area with sofabed, where the 3rd and 4th person can sleep (2x90cmx2m), a fully equipped, modern kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, a dining area as well as of a TV and a working area with desk.

On the upper floor you will find the open bedroom with double bed (1,60mx2,00m) a TV, a big wardrobe and the bathroom with tub and washing machine (there is going to be a 2nd toilet as per June 16).

Furthermore the flat offers you Wifi, cable TV (Germany's int. Broadcaster) and a radio.

The wifi is limited but works really good as long as no movies or bigger data will be downloaded.

Directly in front of the door !
You can easily reach the viennese city center by foot or very quick by underground.
