At the upper level is the large terrace (100sqm) with outdoor relaxing furniture and a dining table. The terrace is covered by a pergola with unobstructed sea so you can enjoy the view all day .
When you enter at the house there is an open plan space that consists from the kitchen , dining table and the sofa with smart tv, The kitchen is fully equipped incl. a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
At the same level there is one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom
At the lower level there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, there is also one more bathroom and the washing machine
