A renovated two-storey stone house of the 19th century on a quiet small square within the traditional settlement of Paroikia.With a fully equipped kitchen and two separated bedrooms it well hostes a whole family.Just a few meters from the coast road, the old market with plenty of café, bars, shops and restaurants, and the main port, where you can catch small boats to visit beaches around the island, or ferries to visit other islands. There is a free public parking, 300m from the house.

The space
In the house there is a washing machine and a dishwasher, making it more comfortable for long-term stay, particularly when there are children. Although the house is located on a central point and so very near to all transportation, it is very quiet.

The house is situated within the traditional Settlement (old Town) of Paroikia, Paros. The traditional Settlement is protected by the Greek Authorities to keep its special character. So, there are no cars and motorbikes permitted to move around (Still some motorbikes sometimes park outside the house) . It is very near (50-70 m.) to the coast road and the beach of Paroikia. There are plenty of restaurants, coffe- shops, bars and mini-markets around. It is a quiet neighborhood, with pieceful locals leaving around. In walking distance (5 min) from the port and the main square of Paroikia where you can find rentals, banks, the small Paros Hospital (Health Center), pharmacies, and all kind of shops.
