The apartment is located in a quiet and quality central Athens neighborhood in the downtown part of fashionable Pangrati. The area is surrounded by the established Pangrati, Vyronas and Metz/Stadio areas with upscale Kolonaki nearby, which is an important factor in Athens where certain other downtown areas advertised as central are in fact very run-down and not necessarily suitable for travelers and especially families.

There are numerous café/bars and eateries within the immediate vicinity of the apartment, with a fuller range of restaurants and traditional Greek tavernas within short walking distance, as well as many patisseries, shops, fresh bakeries and other local amenities in the immediate vicinity of home. A large Alpha Beta supermarket (the top Greek supermarket chain) is located around five minutes walk away at Spirou Merkouri 38 and has everything that you could need including very extensive food and beverage options, and is open weekdays 8.00-21.00 and Saturdays

I myself often travel for work and for pleasure and consider it important to stay somewhere that feels right, and we try to create this same feeling for our guests at our own condo apartments in Athens. I was born, grew up and studied in Dublin and London before working for many years in finance, based mainly in London and latterly in Zurich including extensive work travel.
