Beautiful traditional Cycladic house, with "Stegadi" (terrace) and views of "Chora" and the sea.
Upstairs, it has a living room (with double sofa-bed), a loft (with a double mattress), the kitchen and the toilet. On the ground floor there is another room, which has a bathroom with shower. Electric ventiltors and heaters are available. Public WIFI throughout JULY by the Municipality. Up to four people can be accommodated.

The space
No cars access to IOULIDA. Public traffic stops at PIAZZA (10 minutes walk to the house approx.), or the Town Hall square (5 minutes). The entrance to the house is made by from the "stegadi", which operates as a balcony with a very nice view of Ioulida and the sea.
Access to the mezzanine, is through a wooden staircase.
There is also a room in the basement with a nice arch and an independent entrance, where additional people could be accommodated.
