Covering an area of 30 acres, Margouno has been inhabited since the 1600΄s, due to its rich biodiversity. At a close proximity from the cottage (100 m) lies the historical Mansion and next to it the modern Villa , where the current owners reside.

The space
The cottage is a modern, independent, open air construction of 50 m2., consisting of 2 levels. At the second level [15 m2] lies a specious bedroom with a double bed, whereas in the ground level [35m2] is the living room with the fireplace and two extra sofas-beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a toilet with a shower.
