Hi!
My place is a modern studio (at least 45 square meters) close to Brussels' North Station and Botanique. It is perfect for a couple or people traveling alone. There are a lot of public transport options nearby, but walking is also an option. Some very cheap shops for food etc. around the corner. See below for detailed description of the place.
The studio will be cleaned thoroughly following the COVID cleaning handbook provided by air bnb. All sheets are washed on +60 degrees.

The space
The studio is new since 2016 but it feels like I already live there forever now! The kitchen area is super practical (feel free to use my cooking tools and books) and I will provide some basic breakfast necessities. Home made jam, cornflakes, milk and coffee... Mmm!

There is a living space (three big windows let in the light) with a table + 4 chairs. Also: a vintage sofa, some posters on the walls and a big design lamp. The neighborhood has a lot of different aspects. There is a beautifull parc (parc de botanique) close by (2 min walk). You can walk all the way down towards the 'Nieuwstraat'. This one of Brussels largest shopping streets.
I live close to a beautifull church (église Saint-Marie). Around the church you'll find some cheap shops for food and a lot of (mostly Turkish restaurants). If you are looking for something more fancy/romantic check out 'Buca di Baco' (Italian) or 'L'Âne vert' (Belgian cuisine).
