The space
AREA, is a row house, consisting of 4 floors, each roughly 15 sq.m2 as was the custom in the 1900's. Upon your entrance, to the ground floor, you will find a fully- equipped kitchenette and bathroom, with walk-in shower. A wrought-iron staircase will lead you to a second floor and the living room , with cable TV and custom built sofa to relax in.
