Renovated in October 2017, this 30 sqm. (323 sf.) studio apartment is on the 6th floor of a typical Athenian down town building, situated right in the heartbeat of the Athens.

It consists of an open space which includes the colorful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bed and a couch/bed. The apartment has a private well designed bathroom too, with amazing forged cement. The studio has big windows which make it even brighter due to natural light!

The huge balcony is surrounded by plants and is ideal for breakfast and evening drinks! It is ideal to chill and feel the summer breeze. In case you are a dancer… it could also be used as a dance floor :)

Travel Details from the host Kalimera (=Good Morning)! I am Alexandros, an ex-financier who turned into an entrepreneur. I grew up in Athens, Greece, an awesome and vibrant city, where I studied Civil Engineering at NTUA. I was always keen on music, a passion which I flipped into DJing, yeap!!! Following my graduation I wanted to see the world and study abroad, so I attended Columbia University in NYC for my second Masters degree. The 2008 crash sent me directly to Germany where I started my career in banking. After some years in corporate environments I decided to follow my real love, which is creating things from scratch, so I quit my job and alongside with my brother, George, we began a hospitality start-up.
