The space
“Archontiko” is the flagship domicile of our property, named "Georgilas Cave House". It is about a unique Cycladic Tower House aged since late 19th century, having been quite recently renovated with respect to its unique features and with lots of love and attention. Back in 1887, it was owned by the big family of an orthodox priest and it was mainly open to guests for any short of formal religious occasions and fetes!
Its construction was based on the dictates of climate, the particular housing requirements and the materials available to the local masons.
