I am a jazz singer / composer who has been in NY for 14 years. Love music, art, photography, & tennis ( I and I am a avid tennis player :) ) I've been constantly hosting this place for many years although I am kind of new to Air BnB (I did mostly word of mouth and through Japanese webs and sometimes Carigslist). The apartment is cozy and large, so everybody who stays here feels comfortable and finds it a place to come home to.
