Our gorgeous 3-bedroom villa is located in the stunning bay of Grikos on the island of Patmos. It is built in the traditional blue and white Patmian architecture, features wood carved ceilings and windows, and is surrounded by a garden of mediterranean trees and plants. The house and main bedrooms feature majestic views over the sea, has its own pool and comfortably sleeps 7 adults.

The space
The main house has the master bedroom in the third floor with a magnificent terrace and a bathroom. The second floor has a smaller room with a double bed and its own terrace plus an adjacent bathroom that serves also as social bathroom. The first floor has the beautiful, open kitchen with island-style stove and oven and the living room, which then opens into the outside dinning room with the award-winning view of Grikos Bay.
