Our incredible 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is only 800 meters from the beach! The home sits up on a hill and is opposite the island of Despotiko and 11 km from the main town and port (for the 5-min ferry to Paros with short trips to ferries and airport).
The main floor includes an enormous veranda with sensational views of the surrounding islands and breath-taking sunsets, with ample furniture to dine and rest outside all day and evening, looking out at the best view in the world.

The space
Our house is 80 square meters, has two levels and hosts 6 adults comfortably.
There are sensational views from just about anywhere.

The first floor offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with access to the front and side patios. The living room includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and opens to a huge veranda that spans the entire house and is fully furnished with outdoor furniture and umbrellas for plenty of shade.

We are located in the lovely and famous village of Agios Georgios, which has some of the prettiest beaches on the island and which is just opposite the ancient uninhabited island of Despotiko.

We are only 11 kilometers from the main village and the port of Antiparos.

There are many small, hidden beaches around the island. Don’t be afraid to use the local dirt roads to explore. The closest beach is 800m from the house (about 12 minutes to walk, though the way back is an uphill climb).

The closest food market is 9 km, on the left side of the main road, on the way back to the Antiparos port.

The area is ideal for kayaking and SUP boards. The surrounding areas offer water access to stunning caves and hidden beaches.
