The space
The apartment is spacious and really comfy. Located on the 5th floor (elevator available), it is very quiet and cosy.
It comprises one big fully-equipped kitchen & dining room, one living room with a workspace and a sofa bed, and a cosy bedroom. Also the flat includes a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet and a storage room where we have a washing machine at your disposal.

Neighborbood Overview:

Our apartment is in the 5th district in a very lively, perfectly safe and typical Parisian neighborhood !

Lots of convenience stores are available downstairs, but also:
- Rue Monge & Place Monge 1min away with lots of very French food stores (bakeries, wine shops, cheese shops etc) and a fresh market 3 times per week;
- Notre Dame and Saint Michel are a 15min walk away;
- the vast garden of Jardin des Plantes is right downstairs and is perfect for a nice break with wallabies & firefoxes;
- The river Seine is 2min walk and perfect to go for a walk or a jog : do ask us for advice if you are a marathon runner and you need advice for your long runs !

Overall the neighbourhood is more than typical, it is also very safe and pleasant.
