Charming duplex apartment at the top floor (6th - with lift) of a peaceful building in the 19th district.
Located between Bassin de la Villette and Parc des Buttes Chaumont closed to the subway station Jaurès. From my place, you can reach the heart of Paris within 20 min.
I am not from a real estate agency, this is my own home that I rent out when I am away. I intentionally do not hide/remove all my personal effects to share my atmosphere with my guests.

The space
My apartment is on the 6th and last floor , very quiet and luminous. You can see Eiffel Tower & Sacre Coeur from the bedroom window. Fully furnished and equipped. The bedroom is a mezzanine so watch out your head. There is a glass slab on which you can stand especially to open the window but be careful, there is no guard-rail.
The bathroom is located upstairs and opened to the bedroom. Toilets are downstairs.
The bed is a 140 x 190. There is no TV

Many options for supermarkets, restaurants and bars especially along the Canal St Martin and Bassin de la Villette. There is a MK2 cinema just 5 min walk away and Parc des Buttes Chaumont is 7 min away.

In my mid 30s , originally from Angoulême, I live in Paris & work in Human Resources. I love traveling and meeting people ! I had the chance to live and work abroad for 4 yrs & half. I regularly book my accommodations through Airbnb when I travel around so I would like to let others enjoying my place when I am away. I rent my apartment to let others staying within Paris and to be able to keep traveling on my free time! My intention is not to make profits.
