You will be able to enjoy a lot of very good restaurants, food shops and a market three times a week..

All commodities are in a very close area: cheese diaries, winestores, backeries, greengroceries, butchers, many supermarkets, drugstores, and more are in the street and very close neighborhood. You'll find anything you need.

You will also find very nice parks around, and good shops and place to visit. About monuments The Eiffel Tower is at 20 minutes walk. The metro (L12) will bring you to the very center of Paris in 15 minutes and to Montmatre in 30 min.
