The appartement stands on the 5th floor (this is the last floor so there is no noise from neighboors upstairs) with no elevator. Spacious (50 sqm) and very comfortable
(recently completely refurbished with an architect). It is mostly composed of:
- A big living room / dining room with 3 windows on Parisian roofs;
- A completely refurbished open kitchen fully equiped and open on the entrance and the livin room.
- A parents bedroom wiht a ‘queen size’ bed . Bedding is new and only composed of ecological cotton.
- A bathroom with a bath (great for children)
