Neighborbood Overview:

The apartment is located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The area is young and creative. This is a bohemian area where cultures mixes a lot.

You will find everything you need at the door step. A good supermarket is just around the corner, the wine store is in front of the house and all independent groceries are in the street (butchers, fruits and vegetables markets and stores, bakery...). The district has a lot to offer in terms of bars, cafés and restaurants. You will find a few blocs down the infamous street “Oberkampf” where you will find an amazing real parisian nightlife scene. I highly recommend “Le Perchoir” (Rue Crespin DuGast) for a drink. You will also find 14 Rue des Panoyaux, Two minutes walking “Lou Pascoulou” which offer an excellent wine and cocktail list and a typical parisien food.
