On the top of the Beleville's hill, you will find a nice private room in a large apartment near "place des fêtes". We live in a residential neighborhood so you will not find a lot of activities just around. For that, you need to go to the center of Paris but the price are very expensives.

In a large building near the Place des Fêtes, the big apartment (90m²) is located on the 4th floor.
The room has a large double bed perfect for a couple. You will have access to our shared bathroom, the living room and the kitchen. You can also have access to a parking spot for 10€/nights
