Neighborbood Overview:

It's a cool place to live in Paris. Lots of restaurants and cafes terraces.
My favorites : "Les Ptits Gros" (The little fats) 40 meters away. Good bistro cuisine quite cheap. Good coffee I'm cocktail too!
Marcel et Clémentine rue Gérendo is nice too.
