Very cosy 33sqm apartment refurbished in May 2017 and fully equiped. Very central location.
The apartment is located in front of the French Parliament, 2 minutes walk from metro lines 8, 12, 13 and RERC, 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel tower.
I live there during the year, so part of my stuff will be there, but I will make room for yours. There is a double bed, and a child can sleep on the couch if needed (though it cannot be converted into a sofa bed) !
The space
You will find everything you need (sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc). The apartment is equiped with a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine and a ventilator.
The apartment is located into a residential building so no party can be made there, as you will understand.
