Very nice appartment at the foot of the hill Montmartre, ideal for a couple. Large living room with an american kitchen, bathroom with italian style. The bedroom is situated on the side of the courtyard, very calm. All the stores you need are nearby (rue du Poteau, 1min by foot). The area is very well connected both by subway and bus. The neighborhood is really nice to live in, very alive with a lot of restaurants and bars next door.

Other things to note
No parties in the appartment. Please respect the furnitures as well as the rest of the flat.
