Quiet and pleasant apartment in a beautiful house. We are 6 to live there and are all friends, which gives a warm and family side to the place. Access is very easy from Gare du Midi and to the centre. The duden park is 1mnt by foot and allows you to easily reach the district of st Gilles by taking a nice walk :)
My cat Oko will be present in the apartment, so it's very important to me that the people who will stay can take good care of him.

Very bright private apartment of 60m2 with mezzanine bedroom. Fully equipped and warmly decorated. Very calm.

Other things to note
Located on the 3rd and last floor, to access it, you will have to go through the main stairs which gives direct access to the floor of my neighbors. It is therefore important to respect the tranquility of the inhabitants and to not make noise while circulating on the stairs.
