Situated in the idyllic Cretan countryside, in the forearms of Psiloritis, this three storey stone house is only a 45 minute drive from Heraklion or 50 minutes drive from Rethymno city. Fusing modern living with the authentic village experience, the house boasts the full remit of modern conveniences whilst simultaneously offering a glimpse of an earlier, more rural way of life. This is the perfect place for large groups of friends or big families that are seeking something a little different.
The space
The house is spacious and well appointed, with wood floorings and fixtures throughout. The main living/dining area comes with a fully equipped kitchen and electric oven, a large wooden dining table and sufficient space for 10 people to dine together (as we often have in the past!). A large, functional fireplace adds to the rustic ambience for winter visitors.
