Small but confortable room, perfect for a non smoker student. You can use the kitchen and bathroom of the apartment. The area is NOT TOURISTIC (no nice cafés or restaurants in the close vicinity), but is multicultural and safe.

The space
This room is just big enough for one person. It has a bed, an armchair, a desk and its chair. Wifi is working fine. As the room is on the street side, moderate noise can be heard.

The house itself is made of two separate apartments. The ground floor is hired, but the rest of the house (from the first flight of stairs to the roof) is the apartment that hosts you.

As I stay frequently in my partner's house in the countryside, you then have all the apartment for you.

Please note that this listing is not the best for visitors who come by car as the parking places are scarce and expensive.
