The apartment, 46m2, is located on the 3rd floor of a classic Viennese building with high ceilings, lots of light and central. Am an enthusiastic AirBnB guest myself and am happy to host visitors to Vienna in my cozy oasis.

The space
The flat, 46 m2, is located in the last floor of a beautifully classic Viennese building (about 150 years old), with high ceilings and not far from the city centre. The outside of the house has not been renovated in long and looks a little rough. The apartment itself though was renovated only 3 years ago and is very tidy, new and neat, with wooden floors, new windows and heating, a new kitchen, bathroom, shower with glass screens. The small sleeping room with a carpented loft bed (queen size) and storage room is an oasis of tranquility with windows towards the inner courtyard.

Guest access
