The apartment offers a very spacious room with super high ceiling - a typical Altbau. It has great big old windows and wonderful wooden floor. it is located in a nice, easy going neighborhood. You have a bathroom with shower and a seperate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped. You sleep on a cozy platform. You reach the city center in 10 min with the tram or in 20 min by walking.

The space
after taking a few steps in the old building, you reach the apartement. Sophisticated interior architecture provides a platform with a dark, quiet and very cozy sleeping niche for two people. you reach the bathroom (with shower and washing machine), a separate toilet and the living kitchen through the entrance area. the living room offers a big couch (it is not a special sleeping couch but one person can sleep on it), a dinner table and a kitchen area. it also provides a cupboard with space for your clothes and other belongings.

Our neighborhood is very nice. It is just a few blocks away from the very center, but calm and very familyfriendly. There are some new clubs and bars in walking distance. If you like shopping you are very close to some design stores (Margaretenstraße). You have many small parks in the area. Two museums (Künstlerhaus and Wienmuseum) are in walking distance, others such as Belvedere or Albertina are very close too. It is a safe neighborhood for everybody - but in general vienna is super safe, no need to worry. The famous Naschmarkt is in walking distance as well.

Travel Details from the host -> Ich freue mich, Gäste in Wien oder Kärnten zu begrüßen oder manchmal selbst Gast zu sein. Wie viele Airbnb NutzerInnen reise ich gerne. Meistens findet man mich aber im 5. Wiener Gemeindebezirk - Margarten. Hier lebe ich seit 10 Jahren mit meinem Partner, unserer Tochter und unserem kleinen Hund. Verlängerte Wochenende verbringe ich dann gerne in Leisbach.
