The house is located in the settlement of Episkopi 5 min on foot from one of the best beaches of Kythnos. Part of the beach is organized and hosts a bar – restaurant as well. The location is particularly favorable since it is located ten minutes by car from the port of Merichas and Chora.
The space that covers 77 square meters, is the autonomous ground floor of a maisonette and is overlooking a garden with incredible views of the beach.

Guest access
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen area adjoining dining and living room and bathroom with shower. The use of the garden space and furniture along with the outdoor shower are exclusively for the guests.

Other things to note
There are several stairs downhill the road, where one can park for free, in order to access the accommodation. There are a few stairs before the gate of the property. To go to the beach you can use the stairs that exist or go with your car.
