The lodging is located in a quiet neighborhood, at the heart of the city center of Chania. Newly renovated, the house is equipped with all the needed amenities of a modern residence, while obtaining its unique rustic aesthetics. Spacious and comfortable yet cozy, sunlit and ventilated, with private garden and available parking space right outside of the residence, the house is ideal for accomodating everyone and for fulfilling the most demanding needs.

The space
Initially built in 1915 and renovated during 2021, the lodging (internal space: 130 sq.m., garden: 100 sq.m.) is on the ground floor and has the fllowing rooms: two bedrooms, one living room (extended with an internal atrium), bathroom and kitchen. It also has a garden and two entances: one private at its north side and a public one at its west.
