What I tried to achieve is to combine the vintage style of the house with the conveniences and luxuries that modern materials can bring.

The apartment is 600m walking away from metro station “Ampelokipi” (3 stops away for “Syntagma” square, city center) and 7 seconds away from the very famous Lycabettus hill, with one of the most beautiful top views of Athens.

The main advantage of the neighborhood is that it is located very close to the city center, away though from the rush of the city, quiet and safe. You can reach the city center by public transport or by walking 2km through the green paths of Lycabettus hill or through the sophisticated neighborhood, Kolonaki (one the most sophisticated neighborhood, shops, bars and restaurants in the whole city).

The streets around can offer you a large variety of bars and restaurants and Lycabettus hill can offer you a unique experience of outdoor activities. Walking distance to the top of the hill is only 1km(approx. 15 mins, depends on your rhythm) all through the green Lycabettus, from the very first step!

In my fully renovated apartments I wanted to keep the identity of the houses, from the time they were build, and combine it with today, in order to keep alive all the good energy and experiences that I had in them during my childhood, student and university years.
