This single room is located on the top of a two stories building less than 5 minutes from the village's center. It has a lovely outer space with a small sitting area with magnificent view.
The space
The room is for one person only, it is rather small but it covers most of your needs while on vacation. It is clean, renovated and quiet. The bathroom is new and it comes with a shower. There is a coffee maker and facilities for breakfast and a small fridge. It has A/C and Wi-Fi connection. The most significant of the place is its terrace. It has beautiful view to the area and offers you hours of relaxation and sunbathing.
Guest access
Guest have access mainly to the terrace. They will also have access to the yard with the trees where they can sit to enjoy the view if it is too windy on the top floor.

in area-Plakias, Crete Region, GreeceThe best on this neighborhood is that despite the fact that is less than 5 minutes walking from the village's center it is very quite. It has also much better view that the houses downtown and there are not only hotels around but mostly houses of locals.
Travel Details from the host -> I love traveling and my goal is to make at least a trip a year. I own a small property in Plakias, Crete where I host guests during the summer period. I joined Airbnb because I felt it is a bit more personal and less formal and typical than other means of traveling and since I did it, I use it for traveling exclusively. I though I could use it for guesting as well.. So far I am satisfied both as a guest and as a host.
