At the top of the two-floor apartment building with a really spacious veranda with amazing views of the sea closeby, and the whole bay around which the town is built is the perfect retreat for those who love enjoying their time at the place of their stay as well, taking advantage not only of the spacious studio but also of the free open space around it, the barbecue, the garden furniture and sea view, and being so close to the centre and other facilities!

The flat is located in a beautiful residential area close to the beach and the town centre, and also big supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance. It takes just ten minutes on foot to get to the centre and just a couple of minutes to reach the beach. In five minutes or less on foot you are at a hotspot of entertainment at the beach -Waikiki beach cafe restaurant- and the open-air gym of the town.There are also two small cafes in a hundred metre or so distance from the flat, and two bakeries in the neighbourhood. In short, its location is ideal, and you can park your car in the wide street right outside the flat.
