A cozy, freshly renovated apartment consisting of two rooms - a kitchen and the second, bigger living/bed room. There are two of restaurants owned by my father just next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the part of Prague called "Karlín" which is a safe, industrial place, consisting of mostly office buildings. It is 300m from the metro and tram station "Křižíkova", which is one station away from the centre of Prague - 5 minutes of travelling to get there.

The space
The apartment is in the first floor and has been freshly renovated, so it is nice and clean. There is all this old, but beautiful furniture, the whole flat is made in an old Prague style, which you can see on the photos.
The apartment has a fully working kitchen - dishes, kettle, microwave, fridge, sink, a stove, everything that you would need to cook and store your food.
There are big windows in both of the rooms, even on the toilet/shower.
