The apartment is very bright with sun most of the day, since there's no high building across the street, which also gives privacy.

Up to three guests can stay in the apartment. Two can sleep in the bed and one on the couch.

The bathroom is slightly bigger than what can be found in other apartments of the same size. The bigger balcony is south-turned, so you can enjoy the sun almost until it goes down.
