My apartment is 35m2 with a mezzanine and it can accomodate maximum of 6 pers (2 places in a real bed on the mezzanine, 2 places on a couch (sofa) and 2 other places on a futon). Of course, you will be more confortable if you are alone, 2 or 4. I recommand it for 4 adults max.
There is also a fully-fitted kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with toilets.

The apartment is overlooking the courtyard. So it's really quiet.
It is located in the 13rd district and surrounded by the old Paris, the district of la butte-aux-Cailles (restaurants, pubs, café...) and the new district of the France National Librairy on the embankment of seine (boats, nice walks, restaurants, shops, concerts, pubs, cinemas, parc of Bercy, Cour St-Emilion, University Denis Diderot....).
