The Marais, located in the center of Paris, on the right bank of the river, is an exceptional, historic district with a rich cultural heritage, and with many museums, including the Picasso and Carnavalet Museums, the Centre Pompidou and many other famous districts, such as the Jewish Quarter that houses the Rue des Rosiers, the Quartier de l'Horloge, or Saint Paul. Le Marais includes many parks and gardens, such as the Place des Vosges or the garden of the Archives Nationales, and is also the district home to the largest number of mansions. There are many bars and restaurants; and it is also a perfect place for the nightlife scene.

Parisienne depuis bientôt 5 ans, je suis actuellement étudiante. Les 5 choses dont je ne pourrais pas me passer? les balades dans le Marais, les sorties entre amis, mon chat, ma famille, mon lit. Ma destination préférée: la Corse et plus particulièrement l'Ile Rousse, une destination qui m'est très chère, particulièrement ressourçante. Mes adresses fétiches: pour se restaurer je dirais le Schwartz dans le quartier juif rue des écouffes pour ses burgers inimitables, et le restaurant "Des gars dans la cuisine" rue vieille du temple pour son accueil si chaleureux et ses plats originaux et raffinés. Pour prendre un verre et grignoter je dirais le Brooklyn, le Jules & Jim qui propose les meilleurs cocktails de Paris selon moi et le voltigeur pour ses mojitos. Un endroit dont je ne pourrais me passer et que peu de parisiens connaissent: le jardin des archives nationales, un petit coin de verdure particulièrement sauvage pour la capitale et parfait pour s'y détendre après une journée stressante. Et enfin, le palais de Tokyo pour ses expositions peu communes. Mon leitmotiv: qui vivra verra! Amicalement.
