The Malartic suburb is surrounded by one of the largest urban pine forest in Bordeaux. Perfect for family walks or runnings, 100 meters away from the house only.

At about 800 meters of our house, there is an animal park (free) where you can walk freely to observe animals in their houses and along the small river.

We are also closed to the historical center of Gradignan city (1.9km, 20 minutes walk). Newly renovated, you will find many facilities, shops and traditional restaurants.
