I rent my room of 25 square meters. You'll have a space for the bed separated from the main part of the room by a door. The flat is at the 5th floor without lift.

The space
The room is really nice because it have two parts, one for sleeping and one to live in. That way you can have privacy even if you're two. You can watch a movie in the sofa, work on the desk and read il the armchair.
