A lovely 30sqm apartment, composed of a living room with sofa bed that sleeps 2, plus a mezzanine that also sleeps 2, with a desk, shelves and a flat TV screen. Also enjoy the convenience of a dining room with table for 4 in the open corner-kitchen. Your space is completed by a bathroom equipped with a shower, w/c, and dresser in the entrance hallway. Windows overlook the street with no specific vis a vis. It's centrally located in the middle of lively city-life of Bastille and Rue de la Roquette, only steps from the famous Marais area. Numerous restaurants and bars surround this area with plenty of grocery stores as well.

I am Italian and along with my team we manage properties for Italian and non-resident owners in Paris + some other European cities.

If you need to be picked up at the airport we can send you a driver that we work with since a long time ago. From CDG to Paris it is 75€ and from Orly 55€. He take maximum 4 persons.
