Il y a également une salle de bains avec baignoire, des toilettes séparées et une cuisine équipé. Il s'agit de l'appartement dans lequel je vis et que je loue ponctuellement en mon absence.

Il est idéalement situé, au début de l'avenue Berthelot, au pied du Rhône, à 5 minutes de la gare de Lyon Perrache, et à proximité de deux lignes de métro (A, B) et deux lignes de tramway (1, 2).

in area-Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, FranceMy advice is to get a "Velo'v" card that will enable you to rent bikes from hundreds of bike stations all over Lyon. However if you're not much of a rider, you can reach metro and tramway from my place. The apartment is nearby "Le Rhône" river, along which you can have very nice walks, either south towards Gerland's Park, or north towards "Tête d'Or" Park. But you may never reach those parks as you might decide to just have a drink on one of the river boats, or just simply sunbath somewhere on the grass.
It is also at walking distance from my favorite neighbouhood, called "La Guillotière", which is a popular disctrict populated by immigration people from North Africa, Africa and Asia. You can find all kind of restaurants and shops, along with some hipster-ish spots. It is also very close to the "Presqu'île", which is the center of Lyon with museums, shops and the Opéra. You can also walk to "Vieux Lyon" (20 min), which is the old city, a very nice neighbourhood to just hang
