Welcome to my home

The 25m2 studio is located on the 4th floor of a secure building with elevator.
The room has a double sofa bed (140), a kitchen equipped for simple meals (hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. I provide sheets and towels to lighten your suitcase.
You will enjoy a nice view on the roofs of Bordeaux from the balcony!

Guests will have access to the entire home

Other things to note
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
