Meublé dans un style résolument contemporain aux accents « british », cet appartement lumineux de 140m2 se situe au 2ème étage d’un bel immeuble bourgeois.
(Doté de 3 chambres, nous ne louons pas celle de nos filles).
Nous sommes superhost depuis plusieurs années et serons ravis de vous accueillir dans notre petit paradis lyonnais.

Appartement situé dans le triangle d’or lyonnais, doté de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une très grande cuisine moderne tout équipée, une buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge Miele, un superbe salon avec vue dégagée sur les quais du Rhône, Fourvière, l’Opera et la colline de La Croix rousse.
La climatisation sera installée dès l’été 2023!
