The flat is in a neighborhood where little shops and bars live along.

Facing the historical Hôpital Saint Louis, it is 2 minutes from the famous and charming Canal Saint Martin.

All around you'll find bars, whine shops, quality restaurants , markets, supermarkets (Franprix, G20, Monoprix in a 5mn radius by foot).

At 5 minutes you'll find Sainte Marthe place, a real small village in Paris.

Place de la République is at 10 minutes walking, from there you can take 5 subway lines (lines 3, 5, 8, 9, 11) to go anywhere in Paris.

Goncourt station on line 11 is at 5 minutes, it goes in 10 minutes Châtelet station in the center of Paris.

Line 2 is at 10 minutes too, at Colonel Fabien or Belleville stations.

Buttes Chaumont (big green park) is 15 minutes away and you'll walk 20 minutes to get to Marais!
